Email sent requesting new payment option

I have just received a second email that looks like it comes from BT, however it states that BT have not been able to authorise my latest bill and ask me to choose another option. I have checked my bank and the latest payment has already been taken. How can l contact BT to check this is legitimate or not.

It is a scam. Delete it.

Spent an hour trying to contact BT, gave up and sign up for BT Community and got two quick responses. Thanks again for your confirmation
