They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
You should get a letter saying your employee bb is ending and in my case it just listed the standard out of contract prices as the new cost. I rang the retention’s team and negotiated a better deal. My letter came about two months after retiring from BT. I know of some cases where it was six months before a retired colleague received his letter.
