Good news and bad news

The good news is that BT are no longer the second-worst broadband supplier according to Ofcom's complaints figures.  Thanks to some sterling work by Orange, BT is now only the third-worst. :smileyhappy:

 

The bad news - it may be a bit depressing if you scroll down to look at the graphs for pay TV services.  Oh dear! :smileysurprised:
