Hoe to compliment a BT agent

I've been having ongoing issues, and one agent in particular has stood out in their efforts to help me. How do I give positive feedback to them or their manager please?

Well I wouldnt start with 'Hoe' 🙂 but unless you have an open complaint with a designated agent to you its pretty hard to get your compliment to the right person.
