I have tried to send a PM to a moderator on a legitamate ISP problem.
When I press SEND I get the message to the effect of:-
'You have used all your available PM's please try later'
I'cant find any rules/t&c/posts on this subject.
Please can you point me in right direction.
Or should I be calling 0800 ...?

The moderators do not respond to PMs. You need to post what your problem is on the appropriate board ans if it can not be resolved by the forum members a moderator may then become involved.
As this conversation has been going off topic I have removed the unconstructive comments and have taken the decision to lock this thread.
