On Tuesday evening Aug 17 3 microsoft security downloads failed on my computer. As they were marked inportant is there a way of retrieving them. Numbers were890830,4343900 and 345590. I am using Windows 7. Any advice always welcome

If you re-run the Windows Update program it will re download the updates and try to install them.
See link how to do that.
The other thing you can do is download the individual updates and install them manually but only do that if the above doesn't work.

Go to your start button and click on it then look on the right hand side and you will see Control Panel.
Click on it and a new box will open.
Depending on which "view" has been selected you will see either the Categories in groups or "Small Icons" showing a a list.
If it is the Category view , Click on System and Security and then scroll down to Windows Update. Click on that then click on Check for Updates
If it is the "small icons" view just scroll through them until you find "Windows Update". Click on it and then "Check for Updates".
