can you get a dial tone? if so dial 17070 and do you here your number repeated?
have you recently ported your number from another ISP?
I’ve been with Utility Warehouse for years. They are unable to help. Friends who have reported the problem have been told that it’s not a Sky problem. Where do I go next?

Only your existing phone provider can sort this out, as BT Retail has nothing to do with call routing.
