ORDI REQUEST

Hi 

I would like to have home broadband from Vodafone and I can not have it yet because my address is as a silver in their system. 

They told me that I have to request ORDI from openreach. They even gave helpline number to call and I did but there is no any adviser I can speak with. 

Would you be able to help me with that ?

vodafone should be able to contact openreach and submit an ORDI request on your behalf   there is no more contact from BT Retail than there is from Vodafone to openreach

you need to go back to vodafone

also try vodafone forum  https://forum.vodafone.co.uk/

I tried but they told me that I should do it on mu behalf. 

So what should I do ? Because to be honest now I am confused.

try the vodafone forum as this must have been raised before
