I’m trying to get access to an old phone number from last year. I really need it so I can access an email account. How can I do this?

Welcome to this user forum for BT Retail phone and broadband customers.
You need to specify whether its a landline phone number or a mobile one.
In either case, if you no longer own the number, then it would not be possible to access it.
