Can someone point me in the correct direction. I'm trying to join BT as a new customer. Every time I put search my address with my postcode the address comes up. However, later it tells me the postcode is incorrect for the landline number!!

As you have a working service at the minute, it's up to your current service provider to raise an ORDI (Openreach Data Integrity) and have the records corrected.
I don't have the patience to sit on hold for hours with Sky. There is a reason I'm leaving them. Oh well, it will have to be a new landline number then.
