I’ve transferred across from virgin to sky and had nothing but hassle and sick to the back teeth of incompetent by openreach who are quite clearly slowing the whole process down
I’m supposed to be having sky engineer in today waited over a month for this yet by saying they have not had my permission to work form which has been sent back on two occasions and I have a reply saying they have received it yet today they said they still not got it
the rudeness on the telephone with obviously someone that does. Not work in this country’s unreal no contact number to speak to over the phone everything hidden behind emails and chat walls it’s a absolute disgrace and BT should hold their heads in shame at the service offered
is appreciate it if someone from BT could contact me but I’m not over confident I’ll ever hear from anyone unless it’s an automated message service.

This is a BT Customer to customer forum.
The forum has nothing to do with Openreach and BT Retail has no more sway over Openreach, which is a separate company, than your own provider who you should contact regarding any problems you have.
Why are you posting this here ? , your arrangement is with Sky ( not BT ) , if Sky are being delayed by Openreach , that has nothing to do with BT , functionally Openreach are not BT and BT are not Openreach , plus Openreach are not customer facing , all you interactions are with Sky …I’d suggest you post this somewhere that may been seen by someone from Sky , not here where the only comments are going to be pointing out you are not a BT customer and therefore of no interest.
