Plusnet, a subsidiser of BT appear to be going from strength to strength, winning awards, coming up with decent value packages and with customer support in the UK. Should BT consider rebranding their Internet Services and metamorphosis into Plusnet?
No trust the BT brand. It would be nice if they brought the call centres back to the UK however. More from an accent and understanding point of view I wouldn't expact a UK call centre to be any better in reality as it would be the same scripts 🙂
It would be a start if the call centres were staffed by actual BT employees who used BT phones and broadband at home. At the moment, the Indian call centre workers don't even work for BT, let alone use the products they are providing help on.
