Dont worry Keith I get the message, I shouldnt be posting here, I do have a post over there on Vodafone....
Like I said I just landed here because the OP had the same issue as me, Openreach FTTP is largely all the same aside from the ISP so Openreach more or less look after it all, I am just trying to get to the bottom of it, what fixed the OP's issue is interesting to me all the same.

Im now with BT 900 🙂
Light issue was solved by Openreach eventually but I did in the meantime I cancelled and went to BT as they finally updated their packages to show FTTP was available for me.
