Ok thanks Keith. The problem I am having is that talk talk keep saying the same old thing, our systems show that your connection is fine there are no problems showing up here, there's nothing wrong.
So how comes myself and 2 other bt customers are definitely having a problem?
How can I get in touch with Open Reach to get them to look into it?
You cannot contact Openreach yourself, only Service Providers can do that. I suggest you keep chasing TT, and if you do not get anywhere, then consider changing provider at the end of your contract.
Extra support on this forum can only be provided to BT Retail customers.
