Silver account being updated to gold status

I need to raise an error as you hold my address as silver status and it needs to be upgraded to gold. I’m in talks with Vodafone and gone back and forth between BT open reach and the isp Vodafone have stated in accordance with their contract with BT, bt are responsible for updating the address from silver to gold and not responsible for submitting ordi requests. If this can’t be resolved by an advisor, I’d like a call from a UK based manager who can assist with my query as this is the fifth time I’ve been passed onto openreach to resolve this myself.

This is a BT residential customer to customer forum. It has nothing to do with Openreach.

You will need to contact your ISP to resolve your problem.
