I've seen a few posts similar to this but none that seem to suggest a solution...
Our company have a website issue where the site intermittently doesn't appear only for people with BT Broadband.
For people with Virgin, Sky etc the website works perfectly fine everytime.
This issue doesn't seem to be something we can control from our end.
Does anyone please have any suggestions?

It would appear to be a DNS problem, I can't reach the site using BT's DNS servers but OK with Google DNS.
Any ideas on who to contact with this issue? I have the same issue with our company site. All other DNS servers can resolve the address but BTs. I have tried the normal route but the calls just seem to disappear.
It's frustrating as we have lost money on sales from this.
