Won't connect to internet

I have have a BT youview box ( DTRT2110) and all has been fine  and trouble free for last 2 years but now doesn't connect to internet,despite there definitely being a signal coming out my tp link broadband extender.Consquently cannot get iplayer or netfix  etc.Ihave replaced the cables ,checked all the connections,reset the TP link,testedthe tp link with laptop and signal fine.Soft reset the BT box etc etc etc.The box simply won't connect! Please can someone help with advice.Thanks

This is a BT Retail forum for customers of BT, and cannot help with other providers.

The BT YouView box is just a standard YouView box, with a BT label on it, and will work with all providers  Yours has probably gone faulty.

Please post on  general YouView forum.
