round and round in circles in chat resolved absolutely nothing.

 

The online chat is an absolute waste of time unless your services are already up and running.

 

No one in this company takes ownership, all blame is put on other departments.

So after 40 minutes waiting for chat and then another 40 minutes on the phone and passed to 3 different departments. Nothing has changed.

I'm still told I have to wait until the 24th for an update.

I have however been told I will be compensated to around 2 months free.

Let's see whether I get my first call from bt.

Today was the day of activation, with a follow up call on the 24th.

 

As of right now 8.13 pm , fibre is still not active. I have just over 3 3/4 hours to go. Im not holding my breath
