The online chat is an absolute waste of time unless your services are already up and running.
No one in this company takes ownership, all blame is put on other departments.

Today was the day of activation, with a follow up call on the 24th.
As of right now 8.13 pm , fibre is still not active. I have just over 3 3/4 hours to go. Im not holding my breath
And no internet.
Again i have had to contact bt. NEW DATE of the 1st of december...... Yeah right...
