Apart from that there isn't anyone you can pester, if it says there are no plans for your area you can enter some contact details to be kept updated, although most people see the civils work being carried out so know in advance.
If it’s not on the current role out list that was updated a few weeks ago you’ll have to wait until the next roll out list is made public.
’Pestering’ Openreach will not get you an answer, I guarantee it.
