I'm sorry that your line has been disconnected and that you have been cut off on 3 occasions today.  That's simpy not good enough and I can appreciate how you're feeling as I'd be exactly the same! Smiley Mad

good to see someone from BT monitoring this.  If this thread is still monitored, can someone from BT please respond.  Alternatively if any other uses can advise how to make a formal complaint (written/email) please let me know

Hi Daniel, thanks for that but I would rather find a human at BT to complain to.  i am fed up waiting in a call queue to be told that I have a case manager for my ongoing service issue but this case manager is never available nor has ever contacted me.  So what should I do? Do you work for BT?
