CAn anyone tell me if BT will help or if I need to send a Subject Access request, and if so, who too please.

Thanks in advance

Re: incoming call trace for court

Subject access request will be declined as it involves individual third parties

BT certainly won't get involved in a court case brought privately

Call protect records the last twenty numbers if that's any use.

Your legal representative is the best place to go for advice involving court

Re: incoming call trace for court

Make a Data subject access request (DSAR) to BT.

It's the only way to get the info you need. You have a legal right to see the information (including calls) BT have on you.

I'd have thought that if a court had requested the information, they'd have a specialist department within BT to liaise with,??

It's not a court of law It's an employment tribunal.

Ahhhh doubt they'll release that info then unless it's court or police requested

Re: incoming call trace for court

BT do not log incoming calls.

If you do not have a call logger, or your phone has the ability to view the incoming calls list you will not be able to obtain the information you want because it is not recorded or kept elsewhere.

If you have Digital Voice you could log onto your MyBT and select Your Products and then Manage on Digital Voice. Click on Manage on Call Protect under Your Digital Voice Features. Scroll down to Your recent callers and click manage. however you can only view your last 20 callers so I doubt this will be of any use to you.
