Can this be kept separate from my other thread -please.
i've had much trouble with call centre, and engineers. but one thing has stood out, the excellent service from the mods, who genuinely care about customer satisfaction.
Neil called me back within an hour of my engineer visit, and was genuinely embarrased by the service given by openreach today
so thank you mods. nice to know BT does have a human face!
