I have this too! Have had several unsuccessful webchats with BT. System states I have BT Sports (I have the normal and HD channels working on BT TV). App and online state I don't have BT Sports on my account. If I go thorough the suggested route via My BT, it states I cannot order as I already have BT Sports...!

I'm on the phone with BT Sport customer services now and they seem to be clueless as to how to resolve this probem! On their systems I'm shown as not having a My BT profile when I have done for months!!!
Will post again if I resolve this issue but I'm not holding my breath....

I've the same problem.
Been registered with BT Sports since it was first announced and now I'm having trouble viewing the Channels on my BT Vision Box, which is why I try the App instead.
BT have been making a big deal about the New BT Sports Channel and majority of people seem to be struggling to obtain the channel.
I should have it free because I have BT Broadband Infinity and BT Vision + Box with a New 18 Month Contract recently signed.

Low and behold BT customer services FAIL yet again to resolve a problem.
There is no resolution to this problem at this time. Advised to keep trying over the next 24 hours.
