BT Sports on laptop

I only have a laptop and am on adsl. I only have the basic broadband plus phone package.

As I read it all I need to do to get BT Sport on my laptop , from 1st August, is to go to BTSport.com and login using my existing MyBT login details. Any downloads will not count against my monthly usage.

Is it that simple or have I missed something.

Yep, that's it:smileyhappy:

Though I did read somewhere that you need to install Microsoft Silverlight, but this may only be if you connect your laptop/PC to a TV:smileyindifferent:

Re: BT Sports on laptop

You need Silverlight just to watch. See the legal stuff at the bottom of this page.

You can click the white star next to this message if you think it was helpful.

Many thanks - already have Silverlight v5.1.20125.0 on lappy but have never used it. I would assume it will run automatically when required.

Re: BT Sports on laptop

The requirement for silverlight is a pain. It completely rules out linux.
