Cannot connect to BT Sport (ID004)

Hi

 

On iPad 3 app and I get the message:

 

Password changed and still this.

 

Please advise, was working perfectly 2 days ago.

Is it me or is this forum rediculous.

 

I have a genuine issue here that no-one is willing to help me with.

 

It has to be an iPad issue, my Galaxy S3 is fine.
