Im having trouble activating the BT sport app and online player
I can log in to myBT ok then select my phone line, I then get a page saying please wait while we check your details this may take a few moments,we need to run a few checks to make sure you get the best possible service blah blah, then i get a page saying
Sorry theres been a technical error but you can still place your order online
then it lists a load of stuff that i dont want to do such as revert my callls back to BT which they already are
at the bottom
Any insight as to what is wrong will be appreciated, as the thought of calling customer services brings out a cold sweat based on previous experience

Sorry I can't help but I think I'm in the same situation as you.

thanks for replying, yeah thats the page that im fed up with seeing, its good to know that there are others with the same issue.
ill give customer services a ring tomorrow and try to get some sense although im not anticipating much help, post here if you manage to make any progress

I've been on to BT and keep getting passed from one department to another until I end up back with who I started...
Doesn't look like its only us, been following these other threads but no real sollution.

bazz, they cant offer muliticast if your exchange isn't enabled for it. Do you have infinity? If so, then you shoudn't NEED a viewing card.
