The paint has now dried so I am now watching the grass grow but it is not as interesting as responding to your posts that don't concern me. 

I am still looking forward to hearing how you get on with your fruitless quest regarding the "relatively new platform"   that is the 13 year old BTMail system so be sure to post back with what BT say regarding it.

I can assure you that BT will not be entertaining any feature requests from customers for their email platform. Entirely up to you if you want to wait until hell freezes over for them to implement your suggestion.
