Draft - Headers View - can't select 'TO' Reported Issue

21st July 2025 unable to change viewing header, little point showing 'From' as they are all from you.

But can't change it to show 'To' this has been logged & promised will be sorted by 28th July 2025.

Pls report if not resolved

You will not get a reply to your fault report from BT on this forum.

This is a BT residential customer to customer forum. Your post does not go to BT. The only BT staff are the forum moderators who do not necessarily read all the posts.
