Email access

I can only access about ten emails on the BT website but back to 2012 on Thunderbird. However, on Thunderbird I cannot activate any links within emails. Clicking on 'Conversation View' does not change anything.

Re: Email access

Hi @MarBow

Two things to try Make sure that the "Conversation" View is not active. You mentioned you've tried this already, but it may be worth logging out and back in after making the change.

If that doesn't work, In the settings try ticking or unticking the box  "Inbox sorting".

Let me know how you get on.

Re: Email access

Just to be sure that you know that you only single click Conversation View to toggle it on or off and you will see the name "Conversation View" change colour from grey to blue when it is turned on.

Re: Email access

Thanks but if by 'Inbox sorting' you mean the two direction arrows (one up, one down) it did not make any difference

Re: Email access

Further to that and having re-read your reply, I can not see any settings button with an 'Inbox sorting' box anywhere.

Re: Email access

Conversation View is found when you click on the "View" button at the right hand side above the list of emails.

The "Settings" button is found by clicking on your username in at the right hand side in the blue/purple menu bar.
