I have a a talk21.com email address from when I was a BT customer . It was working on Yahoo but then I understand this was migrated back to BT webmail where it would be a basic account. I read posts that said I had to change the format of the email address then try to login at the bt webmail site. I have tried this but it just says therre is an error at the server end and to try again later, which I have done many times now. It says if there is still a problem to contact BT but I can't see an email address and the messaging bot assumes I am a customer. Can anyone give me any advice?

The email address that you should be using is you username21@btinternet.com
If you have not used it for over 150days the email account may well have been deleted and will not be able to be used.
Have you been accessing the account on regular basis or left dormant for months? If the later account may have been deleted due to in activity
