Trusted device?

How can I find out which are my 'Trusted' devices and so don't use 2FA for logins?  I have set up 2FA on MyBT but never receive 2FA texts to my mobile when I log in to any BT site or email account.

Thanks for coming to the community.

If you have aren't receiving any texts to your mobile, it sounds like 2FA is set up for that device.

You can check the settings in My BT by logging in and selecting Your Details, then Two-Step Authentication.

If you are unable to view the devices there, I'd recommend speaking to our customer service guides so they can help further.

When I delve into myBT and specifically my email accounts, I am prompted to 'add them to BT ID'.  But I can see them there and they work, so what is the advantage of adding them to it again?  I have BT broadband and I think it's something to do with that.  I have had the email for many years too.

Hi @Frogmodem 

I think it's probable best to speak with our customer service guides. They have access to your account and will be able to see how it's set up, and whether anything needs to be updated/changed.
