I'm also having exactly the same issue, is there any chance I could ask for the same assistance please?

Hi @smithh30 Welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. Sorry to hear you are having a problem with your BTTV service. I've moved your post to create your own thread as that's the best thing to do. 

 

Are you experiencing both the error codes with the BT Sport and BT Player?
Did the service work OK previously or have you been getting these errors since your BTTV service activated?

Yes. Seems to be exactly the same issue. My service got activated in a new address on the 3rd.

Call centre said they'd fixed it last night, then again today, but still no sports channels or by player.

Thanks for sending over the details. I tried calling, sorry I missed you. Can you please check if this has been sorted? If you're still having problems can you factory reset the hub and let me know if that helps.
