Turned on the TV this morning, and I have lost BT TV and as a consequence all subscription channels.
Others appear to have had the same problem, and have had the issue resolved by mods. Would it be possible for a mod to contact me to sort out this particular problem. Thanks.

Thanks for contacting me so quickly, it's much appreciated.
I'm not having any internet connection problems, and I haven't seen an error code. As previously mentioned connection to BTTV has simply disappeared. So any help you can provide will be welcome.
