Yes you can. Im doing it right now. You need the model above. Links to the router via wifi and has a ethernet socket to connect to the box. No powerline is required to be plugged into your router

@Zorro1 by all means try it, but so far nobody else has been successful using other wireless devices.

 

Remember, you have two boxes, not one.

Im using it now it works 100%. I would do a video but cant post it on here. You have to have the correct model of wifi plug which is the one i mentioned above

Thanks all,

 

ill be getting the second hub in a couple of weeks and will order the new mini hub connectors. Seems daft not to for an extra 20 pounds. 

 

From here, I'll try to run the two boxes with the kit I already have.  First I'll try and pair with one of the 500 extenders that I currently have then with the wifi extender - 610.  

 

Ill run the sports channel with both setups and post back the results
