Still not got the update here. Its seems to be taking longer than other updates to be rolled out.

apparently, the Rollout criteria is some sort of State secret ..... its a great shame to have had to wait over a month for functionality which for once is useful ....

Re: 22.17.0 software update

What new functionality is useful? All I can see is a new eco-mode and a help menu option. With the loss of the Fox channels, I think most people will be using the unplug the YouView box and toss it in the bin eco-mode.

it does seem to be taking a ludicrous amount of time to push the update out though. Given just THREE DIFFERENT SKU's to test against, it's actually laughably embarassing how long it is taking. So I can understand your frustation.

The ECO mode is now 'programmable' - so you can bring it out of High ECO to the near ready state just before you want to watch it, and drop it back to High / Deep sleep late evening - thus achieving what hasnt been possible up to now ... a fast startup when you need it ...

I'm very sure there's a 0.0% chance of them dropping the price over the loss of Fox.
