I am sure there is a better way of doing a reset on the dtrt4000. I seem to remember going into settings and doing from there.
The other way is a bit hit and miss, holding down 2 buttons and powering up? I do not want to lose recordings. Thanks

To preserve recordings you will need to use the maintenance mode reset via the set top buttons as the Youview settings menu does a full reset that would delete all recordings.

OK Many thanks. I think the last time I re set box was when a BT rep' talked me through it over the phone. I am sure I didn't go through that routine.
Perhaps I did a full re set?
