Since the latest software update on the new UHD box (not got UHD but my other 3 boxes have all failed for some reason), the picture and voice between live tv and recordings are out of synch. If I adjust on the home cinema or the BT box, for live tv, I then have re-adjust for recordings. This is really annoying and very substandard
Hi @Caher Sorry you are having a fault that the sound and picture are not in sync.
Are you using a BT hub? Is your UHD box connected to the hub via Ethernet? Has this issue only started since the last update and was in sync ok before this? Do you have any other equipment/devices is your BTTV set up?
