Box is connected directly to the amp as are the other sources.

 

I checked the output on the HDMI for the BT box and it was set to surround, yet the amplifier is only receiving 2 channel sound.

Other devices connected directly to the amplifier are working fine, as was the BT box previously.

One factory reset later and it is now functioning correctly again.

I have a 4K 1Tb box, but don't have a 4K TV but can't see the prime app on my list of players and apps, should it be there?

If so how do I get it please?

You should still have it. What software version are you on (check in settings).

You should be on 31.108.0 / 3.5.136 (although I think the prime app came in on 31.106.0 so you should have it also if you have that).

I'm on latest as I've just recently checked but never noticed the Prime app, I'll check version and look for app.

Hope it's there as it's about the only service missing and I have to use PS4 for Prime.

Just wasn't sure if needed 4K BT service or something for it to appear?

Checked last night and it's there! Not sure if I've missed it or not. Logged in and works good.

That's almost all services on BT TV box in one place, much easier.
