Hi all
Can anyone advise me - Amazon Prime has problems in the evenings as it is either very slow loading and seems to time out, or it will load but again slowly often with sound only for a few minutes but will then just close down after a few minutes. All other apps work ok in the evenings so I’m certain it’s not broadband speed - have done ALL the checks both BT and Amazon suggest to no avail!
seems to be ok in the afternoons but much slower loading than other apps.
