This is happened to our box now, for a few days all other apps work fine but Amazon Prime just says Insufficient Bandwidth when trying to load anything. I've restarted the box and router and taken the Ethernet cables out and re-inserted them and it worked for one program and has now gone back to insufficient bandwidth, I'm beginning to lose my patience with it now, but any helpful info would be gratefully received!!!
