Hi so my amazon prime is not working on my youview box, I can see trailers etc but when I try to watch anything I get the 'something went wrong' message!! I've tried logging out and in again, restarting the box, the tv, the wifi, changing leads etc. I'm also having a problem with netflix, when I play anything I get the sound but not picture! Does anyone know what the problem could be and how to fix it?
Is your box connected directly to your router via an ethernet cable or are you using wifi repeaters and/or powerline converters?

Anything strange or unusual with your Ip address - eg are you using a VPN ?
