Thanks for sending the replacement, does anyone know what was wrong with the box that was sent and what's the blue screen?
I shall send back the box with the errors as soon as the new box arrives. I think, there will be a return label in the new box. Hopefully you can find out what's happened.
I will update on here as soon as the box arrives, I don't have a tracking code, so I can't check the ETA.

I've refunded the rental for the period you were without your BTTV service and this will show on your next statement.
