Apologies was out most of the afternoon and on the road, so would of missed the calls today.

Thanks for sending the replacement, does anyone know what was wrong with the box that was sent and what's the blue screen?

I shall send back the box with the errors as soon as the new box arrives.  I think, there will be a return label in the new box.  Hopefully you can find out what's happened.

I will update on here as soon as the box arrives, I don't have a tracking code, so I can't check the ETA.

I just wanted to check if you have received the delivery of the Youview box and if so is it working ok. Post back and let me know.

Hi @Godzilla1 Thanks for taking my call earlier and glad to hear your BTTV service is now working ok with the new box. 

I've refunded the rental for the period you were without your BTTV service and this will show on your next statement.
