Why can’t I get this channel, I have the total entertainment package but have retuned several times but this channel has disappeared??

107 is not a part of the BT line-up but is a Freeview channel.
If you've lost it it will relate to your own tv aerial signal.

I have same issue. You can get it in SD on 231

I also have minor issues with BBC News HD on channel 107. Along with other channels on coms 7 when its very windy or heavy rain outside.
As said coms 7 broadcasts on less power than the other muxs on Freeview.
