Hi, this is more a support question.
My BT 4K UHD box, which is now 2 years old has started to randomly switch itself off, I thought at first maybe the box was over heating, but when I feel the box after it's randomly shut down it's hardly warm.
Today it shut down 3 times, so it feels like it's getting worse.
Is this a failling box, and if so, how do I replace it?

Can you clarify what happens .
is the box going into standby mode unexpectedly or is it rebooting or freezing ?
and what happens next ie does it respond to the remote and restart and how does it restart .. ie with a reboot or does it display a Youview screen or channel.
Probably also need to consider if is this potentially a power supply issue ?

From what I can tell, the box is not rebooting or freezing.
I believe it's just turning off, or as you say, going into standby mode, because I can bring it back in immediately with the remote's power button.
I thought it was the box over heating, but as I said, when I feel the box it's hardly warm.
As for checking the power supply, not sure how to do that other swapping it out with another one, which I don't have.
I can see what's going to happen, my box is to fail right before Christmas! :smileyfrustrated:
So I think the problem maybe the box going in to standby after a certain period of time, I've seen a message come up at the top of the screen saying you have 1 minute to press OK or the box will go into standby.
But if I'm in another room, or making a cup of tea I can easily miss that warning message, 1 minute is not long???
If there any option to switch this option off?
