BT 4k UHD Box

I received my new 4k uhd box today plugged in and everything seemed OK. None of the sports channels were working neither was AMC or any of the now TV channels. I was told this could happen up to 11:30pm. Then at about 11:00pm the box started to reboot itself. It did it about 5 times. Thinking it was updating the channels, I left it to do its thing. 
 
It then said the channel signal was lost and rebooted again and again and again. It is now stuck in a boot loop.
I have tried unplugging the box and leaving it 10 minutes but that has made no difference to it.
 
 I have also tried getting into the maintenance menu but the same thing happens it just keeps boot cycling.
 
It has the code UKTFAF 0.07 in the top left corner.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post.

It sounds like you have received a faulty box, sorry about that. Can you call 0800 800 151 to report the box faulty so we can have it replaced?

Thanks @Matt-S spoke to a guy yesterday on the contact number who was very helpful and is sending me a new box out.
