BT Entertainment

4 days in self isolation with only free view! 

Following a regrade to BT Entertainment,I can only view the free view channels. UHD box software is up to date, power cycle and remove ethernet cable does nothing.

Track an order suggests I need to activate Now TV, first time I tried it asked my to change my password, now it says there is a problem and to try later. 

My BT suggests there is a problem but the auto report stops after taking the phone number and just sits on what's next. 

Exiting and going back in says I have reported a fault but not submitted it, pressing resume starts again but fails at the exact same point.

Something new, was just going thru the steps on TV help, when I check the devices allowed for NOW TV on MY BT, I have no NOW TV subscription! But I do, and can watch via the app, just not the EPG channels. Any BT TV experts on today can invite me to PM?
