I don't think the BT equipment returns is working properly.
I sent back the BT TV box because I upgraded to the new version. I keep getting emails and texts asking me to send it again.
There was no bag sent, so I requested one and sent it back in the bag that arrived. I have a receipt. The threat of being charged £115 isn't a pleasant experience.

It could just be a backlog, they get sent back to the warehouse, stored and scanned before updating accounts, so there can be a delay.
If you ring 0800 800 150, provide the tracking reference, they can verify and manually update the returns.
