BT Extra Channels SD interference

Hi.

Anyone else getting black lines coming on the screen (as if it's an encoder issue) while watching SD channels (and only the internet ones)... Its not pixelation and doesn't affect the skund, it also doesn't show on the HD versions

It's alot more noticeable on cartoons!

Here's an image (sorry had to cut it quite small due to file size limits)

Re: BT Extra Channels SD interference

Yes I get it as well, intermittent line going across the top third of the screen.

Shows up more on cartoons like you say - but I can also see it (to a lesser degree) on other channels like Universal SD amd Sony channel.

Doesnt seem to be on any of the HD channels. I have the 4K box.

Hi,

Sorry to hear you are having issues with the BT extra channels.

Are you able to PM me your telephone number and I can investigate the issue.

Thanks,

Gemma

It also seems to only appear when the output is set to 1080p. I dont see it when the output is set to 720p/1080i

Re: BT Extra Channels SD interference

Perfect... Just changed the output to 1080i and the lines appear to go! Seems to be a NextGen bug, even noticed it (not as often) on Freeview SD channels!
