I have the internet blue light on my router and internet works fine around the house but i only have one blue light on my Home Hub box and says it cannot connect to the internet. It is connected via an ethernet cable that has worked for a couple of years but recently i have had to try restarting each device hoping that it connects again. sometimes it works but each day it says internet not connected again.

I'm sorry your having problems with your connection. Have you tried factory resetting your hub to see if that improves things?

Cheers Paddy, i unplugged my router and home hub connections and must have put the ethernet cable into a different port out of the 4 that are available than i previously had it in, because trying the cable in different ports i dont get that problem any more. if it doesnt cure the problem in the future i will look to reset to factory settings, thanks for the support.
